Attention All Evolution Agents who have purchased a Convention Ticket for the
2026 Evolution Travel 10 Year International Convention
Beginning Friday July 25, 2025 400 “Early Bird” convention tickets will go on sale at the
$399 price. All subsequent tickets will be priced at $499 until we sell out. There is a
limited number of event tickets.

All tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE

All convention event tickets are refundable for 30 days after the date of purchase or until
Jan 1, 2026 whichever comes first.

All convention tickets are NON REFUNDABLE starting Jan 1, 2026.

If you decide to use Klarna, all tickets are subject to Klarna’s cancellation policies as
well as their terms and conditions.

Archer Travel has secured a group rate for all convention attendees. Pricing and
cancellation policies of the hotel room are subject to the hotel direct policies.

2026 Evolution Travel 10 Year International Convention
Terms & Conditions

Convention Ticket Sales & Assignment

1. Tickets officially go on sale July 25, 2025.

2. In order to purchase an agent ticket you MUST have an active Evolution Travel account. The
name & email address used to purchase the ticket MUST MATCH the name of the agent’s
Evolution Travel Account.

3. Agents may purchase an Agent Ticket for another Travel Consultant, however, the name,
email address and agent ID of the attending agent MUST be indicated on the transaction. By
doing so, that agent receiving the ticket is authorizing the purchasing agent to consent to the
Terms & Conditions of Evolution Travel 10 Year International Convention, including the
COVID19 Waiver on their behalf.

4. Agents may purchase a Non-Agent Attendee Ticket for adult (18 yrs old and over)
companions that wish to attend all sessions, the Non-Agent attendee’s name and separate
email must be entered at time of purchase.

5. Individuals sharing an account MUST purchase a Non-Agent Ticket for the additional
person on the account (with a unique email address) in order to attend all Evolution
Convention Events.

6. Agents may purchase a Youth Ticket for an individual (age 12 and under) the guest’s name
& email MUST be indicated on the purchase form under guest. Children are only permitted to
attend the meals and Special Activities noted on the Official Conference Schedule.

7. Agent & Non-Agent tickets are priced as follows: “Early Bird” convention tickets will go on
sale at the $399 price. All subsequent tickets will be priced at $499 until we sell out. There is
a limited number of event tickets.

8. Children Tickets are priced at $100 per child.

9. EVERY TICKET MUST HAVE A UNIQUE NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS AT TIME OF
PURCHASE. If you do not have the specific name and email address of the ticket holder, do
not purchase the ticket. Any ticket purchased (Agent, Non-Agent or Child) for the convention
or its sponsored events with a duplicate name will be canceled and ineligible for a refund.

10. If the Agent has multiple accounts, the Event Ticket should be purchased using the First
Account enrolled (the main account) when joining the company. If the Purchasing Agent
account is a Business Entity, please Indicate Agents name on Form.

11. Ticket sales will end April 30, 2026, or once Sold-out whichever comes first. A waiting list
will be opened in the event tickets sell out. Individuals on the waiting list will be given the
opportunity to purchase tickets in the event additional space becomes available.

Hotel Booking

1. A hotel room block has been secured through evolution travel with a reduced resort fee of
$35 per day.

2. Any attendee without a personal cabin booked within the block will automatically be
disqualified from attending any of the private EAS events.

3. No Convention Event Ticket refunds will be issued after Jan 1, 2026

4. All standard Hilton Hawaiian Village cancellation policies will apply to hotel bookings.

Event Participation

1. This event requires the purchase of an Evolution Travel 10 Year International Convention
admission ticket.

2. Tickets MUST be in the SAME NAME that appears in the Evolution Travel Back Office. If the
back office main account is a business entity, indicate the name of the agent on the ticket
purchase.

3. The purchase of OPTIONAL Third-party Travel Protection Insurance is STRONGLY
ENCOURAGED to cover the total cost of the event.

Event Registration

1. Ticket Barcode must be visible and in hand or App prior to entering the line at registration.

2. Evo Event Tickets must be scanned prior to receiving Registration pack and entering the
event space.

3. The person registered for the ticket must be present to pick up their Registration Packet and
receive their wristband.

4. Wristband and Conference Badge must be worn at all times to access convention events

Rank Recognition

1. Last day to hit rank and be recognized at the 2026 Evolution Travel 10 Year International
Convention is April 30, 2026 (Gold & Above and IATAN Status). No exceptions. Any ranks
hit after this date will be considered for the 2027 convention.

2. Individuals that rank by the deadline MUST have a convention ticket in order to receive an
award and participate during the awards ceremonies. Awards will NOT be ordered and/or
shipped for individuals that are not registered for and in attendance at the event.

3. Golds and above must submit the promotion form upon hitting their rank. This will be
emailed to them as they hit their rank (hyperlink).

4. Golds and above must contact their FC representative to confirm if they are scheduled to
participate on the main stage.

5. Individuals that obtain IATAN Status by 4/30/2026 must be active with EVO as well as
actively registered with IATA in order to be eligible for participation in the 2026 IATAN Pinning
Ceremony.

Event Meals & Special Activities:

1. A wristband and ID Badge must be worn for admittance to all included meals and activities
(i.e. Gala, Breakfast, Tradeshow, Special Vendor Activities, etc.). No exceptions.

2. Any Special Activities added to Evolution Travel 10 Year International Convention are subject
to space and availability and will require individual registration. Individuals registering for
Special Activities agree to conduct themselves according to professional standards and
adhere to the appropriate dress code for the activity.

Dress Code & Conduct

1. Business Casual attire is required for all General Sessions and Vendor Sponsored Special
Activities.

2. Welcome reception is a casual outdoor event.

3. Professional behavior is required at all times during the Convention events. You and your
guests represent Evolution Travel, Archer Travel Service, and your business at all times so
be mindful of your behavior, language and overall decorum when attending the convention
events, vendor sponsored events, around the hotel property, at restaurants, bars and social
venues. Failure to maintain proper professional behavior could result in you being asked to
leave the convention. Individuals asked to leave will be prohibited from attending at future
corporate events.

Community Standards for EVO Convention App

1. Keep it Clean

No Profanity: Always use respectful language. No swearing or offensive
comments allowed.

2. No Spam or Solicitation Allowed

Avoid Spamming: Do not post unsolicited advertisements or repetitive
messages.
I.e. promotion of other companies, products or groups.

3. Check Before You Post

Search First: Look through existing threads to see if your topic has already been
discussed before starting a new one.
Stay Relevant: Make sure your posts and threads are related to the event and
useful for other attendees (no “Who loves puppies?” threads).

4. Respect the Space

One Thread at a Time: Do not create duplicate threads. One thread per topic
keeps the conversation clear and focused.

5. Follow-up on Warnings

Heed Warnings: You will get up to two warnings from App Managers for not
following the rules. Inappropriate posts will be removed. Pay attention and
correct your behavior.
Consequences: If you ignore warnings, your account may be flagged, and you
could lose your ability to post.

6. Keep it Useful

No Excessive Posting: Avoid making too many posts in a short period or
repeating the same information. This clutters the feed and dilutes valuable
content.

7. Ask Organizers Anything (Pinned Section of Community)

Ask the Experts: This section is designed for you to ask questions directly to the

Ticket Cancellation/ Refund/Transfer Policy

Cancellation Request

Notification of cancellation of 2026 EVOLUTION Travel 10 YEAR International
Convention attendance by a registrant must be submitted electronically via the blue chat
box inside the Evolution Travel back office. Cancellation requests are to notify the
registration staff of non-attendance. Cancellation of attendance is a courtesy and does
not trigger a refund or supersede the refund policy in any way. Cancellation requests
are final and may not be reversed. Should you decide to cancel your registration or
withdraw, we are not responsible nor liable for any costs and/or expenses you may incur
due to the cancellation of your registration.
